The course involves participants in a series of exercises designed to have them see both sides of personal experiences, turn what appear to be negative aspects of change into positives, and then apply that approach to their current situation. Participants also learn the value of measurement in both assuring action and tracking progress toward change goals.

Upon completion of the course, participants will have learned to see the positives associated with change and how to align themselves, their goals and their actions for success.
