Critical Thinking

The new Critical Thinking course addresses a popular theme – the need in today’s complex and high-velocity business world to make decisions based upon an objective analysis and evaluation of an issue. In Customer Service, Sales, Planning/Scheduling and numerous other functions this ability replaces “shoot from the hip” judgments and the associated risk. The course teaches skills in analyzing the situation, applying organizational standards, discriminating between urgent and important, gathering the right information, applying logical reasoning and predicting outcomes.

The objective of Critical Thinking is to enable trainees to make quicker and more effective decisions using a combination of company standards and practices, the right data and the appropriate frame of reference.
