We are pleased to announce the release of 4 new training courses within our Management and Leadership offerings.  These courses share a common theme – measurement of organization performance – and they present the subject from four different perspectives:

  1. Strategic – where are we going and how well are we progressing in getting there?
  2. Performance – how are we, as an organization, doing today?
  3. Managerial – how am I, as a manager, doing in my areas of responsibility?
  4. Operational – where we have performance deficiencies, what’s causing them and how are we doing at eliminating them?

These courses are targeted to management-level employees and use a workshop format to combine concepts and methodology with practical application using data from the participants’ company.
