Anti-Discrimination Policy:

It is a fundamental policy of ManageAssist, Inc. not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, pregnancy, handicap or disability, veteran’s status, military status, or any other protected status with respect to recruitment, hiring, training, promotion and other terms and conditions of employment.


Instructor Proprietary Interest Policy:

ManageAssist, Inc. requires that all instructors, both employees and contractors, disclose to class participants if the instructor has a vested interest in any materials of any type or form that are used in the training. This applies to any situation in which the instructor receives compensation based upon the use of specific materials, independent of compensation for conducting the training.


Intellectual Property Rights Policy:

ManageAssist, Inc. respects the ownership rights of copyrighted materials that are part of, or used in conjunction with, our training. Whenever we use copyrighted materials, we first obtain permission for use or purchase permission for use of the relevant materials. These permissions are in documented form which is retained in our files.


Continuing Education Units Policy

In order to obtain Accredited Continue Education Units for a course, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Complete Sign-in sheet at the beginning and end of each session
  • Complete 80% attendance / Receive certificate of attendance
  • Complete course assessment with a passing score which may vary by course

Requests for transcripts may be sent to info@manageassist.com. Transcripts will be stored securely for 7 years from date of CEU award.
